The 2027 Premier12 expands to 16 teams, with 12 teams qualified by ranking and four more spots decided through two 2026 qualifiers.
Plans
- Opening-round groups are expected in 2027.
- This will be the first 16-team field in Premier12 history.
- The top Asian team and top Europe/Oceania team will qualify for LA28 Olympic baseball.
